We tried this recipe for the first time tonight and it was sooooooo tasty; I had to stop myself eating the chicken before serving it!
In fact, I’d be happy to eat the pan-fried chicken in a salad or sandwich (without creamy salsa sauce) on a hot summers’ day. Right now I’m “Homer Simpson” drooling just thinking about this chicken on the BBQ.
This was so quick to make after a full on day with my little mint and definitely made me feel like we were eating out.
